Arc marquee
TextA line of words that runs along a wide arc, faster and more bent with the scroll.
Every card is a recording of the real component. Hover one to see it play, open it for the demo, the spec and the full code.
A line of words that runs along a wide arc, faster and more bent with the scroll.
A pane of glass for a bar, a card or a panel. What passes behind is blurred and bent at the edge, and a light on the rim follows the pointer.
A pile of cards seen from the front. A quick flick sends the top one off with its turn and its speed, the next moves up, and the card comes back in under the pile.
A deck of offset cards in perspective. At each step the front card swings out, goes behind the deck, and the others move up one place.
Cards on the rim of a great flat wheel that rises from the foot of the page; the hand turns it, it runs on with its momentum and docks on a card.
An endless wall of tiles seen through a bulged lens, as from inside a sphere; it drifts, the hand drags and throws it, and no edge ever shows.
A grid of pictures whose columns and rows breathe together. The cell under the pointer takes room, its neighbours give way on springs, and its caption rises.
A showreel thumbnail whose word, Play, trails the pointer. On a click the film itself widens into a band across the page, the band opens to the full screen, the sound comes in and the word lands as the Pause button.
A picture drifts inside its frame as the page scrolls. One attribute and one number; the room each picture needs is worked out for it.
A contact form in a sheet of ink that slides in from the right. A button opens it over the page, its fields follow one by one, errors show as you go, and the sheet leaves once the form is sent.
A features section. Texts scroll past a pinned picture cut into upright fins, which turn with the scroll to show the next picture on their other side.
A range input drawn as a graduated scale. The needle leans as it is pulled and stands back up, the marks it passes take the ink, and the figure turns column by column.
The time left to a date, read from the clock. Seconds turn one column at a time, a carry travels up the line, and the largest unit still running is written large with its word.
Images settle along the path of the cursor, then leave again.
A picture viewer. The thumbnail itself leaves its place on a curve and grows to full size while its dark ground spreads from its edges; one frame wipes from picture to picture, and it flies back to its thumbnail.
A paragraph that takes its ink word by word as the page scrolls. The ink arrives fresh, in the accent colour, and dries to the colour of the text when the page stops.
A sheet of ink comes over the page from the click, the name of the next page rises at its foot, and the sheet goes on its way to uncover it.
Tabs for a page section. The plate of the open tab sinks to a line, the line runs to the next tab and rises there, while one panel rolls up and the next unrolls.
A pinned picture made of frames that the scroll plays forwards and back, drawn on a canvas, with texts that come and go along the way.
A table of contents that builds itself from the titles of the page. Its number turns with the scroll like a counter wheel, and the title being read takes its ink as far as it has been read.
Questions that open on their answer. The box grows with nothing measured, the lines of the answer rise one after the other from behind their own edge, and the plus draws in to a minus.
A file field for a form. A sheet of ink rises from its rule when a file comes over it, and each file dropped comes out underneath as one line whose name is inked as it uploads.
One line at the top of the page. Its messages rise one over the other like slips of paper, and when it is closed the page slides up over it and remembers, until the words change.
The bar of a site. It follows the scroll away into its own line, comes back on a scroll up, and is cut in two tones by the section that passes behind it.
A card or a button peels off like a sticker from the corner you take it by, with its back, its roll and its shadow, over a second face.
A monthly or yearly switch that works like a crank. Drag its knob and every price turns with your hand, column by column across the table.
Cards standing on a ring seen from a little above; the hand spins it, it runs on with its momentum and docks on a card.
A contact form written as a sentence. Each blank grows with what is typed, a line of colour draws under it, and the button waits while the form leaves.
Small notifications that come in at a corner, wait and leave. One line around each toast is its loader and its timer, and the stack opens under the pointer.
An email field and its button in one shape. Once the address is sent the button travels over the field and the two become one line of confirmation.
A consent banner that puts itself away. Once the choice is made an orange edge sweeps it into a small mark in the corner, and draws it out again. Accept and refuse weigh the same, each category has a switch, and gated scripts only run once allowed.
A contact form with underline fields. The label floats up, a line draws under the field in focus, errors show as you go, and the button waits while the form leaves.
Pictures bend, stretch and split their colours with the speed of the scroll, then ease back flat.
A header whose items open one wide panel that morphs from item to item instead of closing, and folds into accordions on a phone.
A coupon, a ticket or a parcel tab with a perforated strip you tear off by pulling, hole by hole, to find a code, a price or a link underneath.
A section folded like a leaflet. The scroll opens it fold by fold, in true 3D, with the shadow in the creases, until the sheet lies flat.
Photographs thrown loose on a table, squared up into the page's own grid by the scroll, and picked up and thrown again by hand.
A bar docked at the foot of the window that names the section on screen and grows, as one surface, into the full menu.
A list that prints itself out of a slot like a till ticket, line by line, hangs and sways, then tears off along the serrated edge.
A full-screen menu that sits behind the page. The page is set back as a tilted card, still showing where the visitor was, and comes back on a click.
An object made of stacked parts that the scroll takes apart, each part named by a label and a thin leader, then closes again.
Pictures turn liquid under the pointer, and settle again in about a second.
One word of a heading cycles through a list, letter by letter, in a slot that changes width with it.
Key figures roll digit by digit as they scroll in, land left to right, then a rule and the unit follow.
The page lifts like a sheet and uncovers the footer lying under it, its name coming out of a mask letter by letter.
Pictures open from one edge as they come into view, a thin accent rule leading the cut.
Greetings run through a panel of ink, the last one flies to the headline and becomes it as the panel lifts on a curved lip.
A grid of mono glyphs covers the page from the click, names the next page, then drains away on arrival.
A picture arrives as ASCII, then a front turns every glyph into the real picture.
An endless wall of cards the hand drags in every direction, thrown, then gliding to rest, the cards near the pointer lifting out of a veil.
A pinned word grows with the scroll until one letter fills the window, and the next section shows through it.
The rules of a page behave like strings. The pointer pulls one, it springs back and wobbles until it rests.
A row of tall picture panels. The one under the pointer opens wide, the others fold to slim strips, and its words rise out of a mask.
Two pictures in one frame, split by a rule that follows the pointer on a spring.
A pile of cards fans out into an arc under the pointer, and the card under it lifts, straightens and comes forward.
A card turns toward the cursor in perspective, its layers slide apart in depth and a soft sheen follows.
A halftone screen of fine dots behind the hero, parted by the cursor and sprung back.
A row of cards the hand grabs and throws; it glides on with its momentum, gives like rubber at the ends, then comes to rest.
A heading lands like a departures sign, each character turning through its flaps to the right one.
Over a labelled element, a pill with its word follows the cursor, View on a project, Play on a film.
Each line of a heading rises from its own mask as the heading scrolls into view.
The section holds still while its cards run sideways with the scroll, each picture a little slower than its card.
A ribbon of pixels trails the cursor on springs, then folds back into its head.
Squares open under the cursor with a flash of colour, then close behind it one by one.
A picture follows the pointer over a list of rows, leans with its speed, and turns square by square into the next row's picture.
A full screen counter rolls up to 100, then lifts off the page panel by panel.
Seven hover animations for the buttons of a page, one attribute to pick them.
A ribbon that runs on its own, and speeds up or turns back with the scroll.
Full width cards that stack on top of one another as the page scrolls.
Objects drop into the footer, pile up, and can be picked up and thrown.
Text shuffles through glyphs and settles back into its words, letter by letter.
The cursor opens a pixel trail onto a second image, and each square closes again.
A window follows the pointer and shows what lies under the page inside it.
Headings and paragraphs write themselves in, pixel block by pixel block.
A fullscreen menu that falls like a curtain from a burger, with a terminal layer.
A small frosted bar anchored at the top, that opens into the full navigation.
