Refund policy
Version 1.0. In force from 6 October 2026.
1. Who refunds you
Payments are taken by Link (Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company). A refund goes back to the payment method you used, usually within 3 to 7 business days. You can ask us, or you can ask Link at support.link.com/topics/sold-through-link. Link has its own refund policy for purchases "Sold through Link". If Link's policy is more favourable to you than ours, Link's applies.
2. Your right of withdrawal (European Union and United Kingdom)
If you are a consumer living in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase, without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day your paid access opens.
To withdraw, do either of these before the 14 days are over:
- write to usemovingparts@gmail.com saying clearly that you withdraw, with the email address of your account;
- ask Link for a refund and give "cooling off period" as the reason.
You can use this form, but you do not have to:
To Moving parts, 45 Avenue Lacassagne, 69003 Lyon, usemovingparts@gmail.com.
I withdraw from my contract for: (plan).
Ordered on: (date). Account email: (email). Name: (name).
Date: (date).
We confirm by email that we received your withdrawal. You are refunded in full, at the latest 14 days after we receive it. Your paid access ends when the refund is made.
This right exists once, for the first purchase of a plan. A renewal of the same subscription does not open a new 14-day period.
3. What happens to your access
A refund ends the access it paid for at once. This applies to subscriptions and to Lifetime.
4. Your other legal rights
If a component does not match its description or does not work as it should, tell us. You have the legal guarantees described in the Terms of service, with no 14-day limit.
5. Disputes with your bank
Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. A dispute pauses your access while it is open (see the Terms of service).
6. Our 14-day guarantee
This is our own promise, on top of your legal rights. It applies wherever you live, and whether you buy as a consumer or for your business.
If you are not happy with your first purchase of a paid plan, ask us within 14 days of buying and we refund you in full, as long as you have opened no more than 3 paid components in that time. A component counts as soon as its files are loaded for your account, which happens when you open its Copy, Code, Zip or Prompt panel.
The guarantee does not cover:
- renewals. One exception: if a yearly plan renewed and you forgot to cancel, write to us within 7 days of the charge. If you have taken nothing since the charge, we refund it;
- a second purchase after a first refund;
- an account closed for breaking the Licence.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the limit of 3 components does not reduce your right of withdrawal in section 2.
