Licence
Version 1.0. In force from 6 October 2026.
In short
Short version: one account, one person, any number of projects, yours and your clients'. Do not resell or republish the components themselves.
1. What this covers
"Components" means everything you can take from the Moving parts library with your account: source code, Webflow paste data, AI prompts, snippets, zips and their documentation.
The components stay the property of Benjamin Nespoulous. You get a right to use them. You do not get ownership of them.
2. Who the licence is for
The licence is personal. It belongs to the one person who holds the account. It cannot be shared, sold, lent or transferred. A team needs one account per person.
3. What you can do
- Use the components in any number of projects: personal work, work for clients, commercial sites and products, including sites you sell.
- Change them as much as you like.
- Hand over to a client a finished project that contains components. Your client may run, host and maintain that project, and have it maintained by others. Your client does not get the right to reuse the components in other projects.
- Ship without crediting Moving parts. No attribution is required.
4. What you cannot do
You may not make the components themselves available to other people, whether changed or not, for free or for money. In particular you may not:
- resell, sublicense or redistribute them;
- include them in a theme, a template, a UI kit, a component library, a starter, a cloneable, or any product whose buyers get the components to reuse;
- offer them on a marketplace;
- include their source in a course, a tutorial or training material;
- publish their source in a public repository or any public place;
- give them to another person through your account, a shared drive, an AI tool set up for others, or any other way.
You may not remove the account line placed at the top of a file before handing the source itself to someone else. In a finished site it may be removed by your build.
5. How long it lasts
For everything you took while you had the right to take it, the licence has no end date. If your subscription ends, what you have already built into a project stays yours to use and to maintain. You can no longer take new components or new versions.
If a purchase is refunded, the licence ends for the components you took during the refunded period. You must stop using them in new work and remove them from projects that are not yet delivered.
6. If the licence is broken
If you break this licence, we may end it and close your account after writing to you, as set out in the Terms of service. The components you republished must be taken down.
7. No other promises
The components are provided for you to build with. You are responsible for testing them in your own project. Your legal guarantees as a consumer are not affected.
The Terms of service, including the law that applies, are part of this licence.
